Welcome to my photography portfolio on Pixieset. By using this website or viewing/downloading any galleries, you agree to the following simple terms:

1. Image Copyright

All photos on this site belong to me, Jack Barron / Jackbarronphot@outlook.com.

• Please don’t screenshot, download, or use any photos without my permission.

• If you’re a client, you can download and use your own photos for personal use only.

2. Client Galleries

If I’ve sent you a private gallery:

• It’s for your personal use only.

• Please don’t share the download PIN or link unless you want others to see your gallery.

• Galleries stay online for [e.g. 3 months], then they may be removed.

3. Prints

If you order prints:

• All sales are final.

• Let me know right away if there’s a problem with your order.

4. Booking a Shoot

If you book a photo session with me, a separate agreement will explain all the details.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise.

• A booking is only confirmed once payment is made.

5. Website Content

Everything on this site — text, photos, layout — is mine. Please don’t copy or reuse anything without asking.

6. Issues or Questions

I’ll always do my best, but I can’t be held responsible for technical problems, delivery delays, or anything out of my control.
